This book was just "okay" for me. I did not find it to be a thriller really but more of a family drama mystery piece. The sister relationship aspect of this book initially drew me in but at times, the book seemed stale and seemed to be lacking more "oomf."
I did reviews beforehand and decided that this book was definitely going to be a slower read but I still had some high hopes for this book based off of the synopsis. Overall, I was pretty disappointed, especially in the writing style of the book. In the first half of the book, I wasn't sure which character the author was referring to as there were so many people introduced to the reader right away, which I found overwhelming. I even had to take notes on the side so, be prepared for this when reading!
I also wasn't too fond of the ending once the "mystery" was solved. The book did not flow but instead had many stalemates.
