When I first saw that this book was for fans of Cline's "The Girls," I just wasn't sure about it. I wasn't nearly as crazy about "The Girls" as others were, so...I was anxious to read this first impression to see what I'd think. Although I'm still not super crazy about the point of view, I think this is going to be a book I'm going to really, really like. It just seems like such a timely story, and something that I can absolutely visualize the entire time I'm reading. I especially love when a book has a cover as gorgeous as this one, and then the exquisite writing matches it from the start. That's what I felt in reading this first look -- like the beautiful writing of it paralleled the beautiful cover of the book. Ohhhh I can't wait for this one!
