The legend of Lucy and the challenge to find her road is a definite good hook of s mystery from the start. Definite vibes of Blair Witch and Hocus Pocus. I like that the writing changes between a straight forward narrative and other formats, like a thread of text messages or the script of an interview; it really makes the story feel like a case-file with all the evidence laid out for the reader. I definitely want to read more to finding the missing a Becca and learn the truth of Lucy’s tale. Looks to be a very promising spooky read that would be right at home with the Halloween season.
