Roomies was the first book I've read from Christina Lauren(dynamic writing duo of Christina Hobbs and Lauren Billings). And if this one is any indication of how amazing all of their books are, I have a new auto-buy author for my list! Roomies was a quick and fun romance. A great book to read in between heavier books. I loved the main characters, love interests, Holland Bakker and Calvin McCloughlin, an Irish musician in the US on an expired student visa. Holland can't seem to stay away from Calvin and loved his music. She gets him an audition with her Broadway bigwig Uncle but his expired student visa keeps him from being able to take the job offered to him. So of course a marriage of convenience is the solution. It was a nice, light, quick, and overall, fun read. I highly recommend this one! And I'll be checking out the rest of Christina Lauren's books!
