Christina Lauren does it again. I keep waiting for them to write a book that I hate, but it still has not happened yet! Roomies is a great novel and I loved every page. Like with every Christina Lauren, I read the entire book in one sitting. The characters were amazing and I loved the situation. The romance genre gets tired eventually and with Lauren's long list of novels, they could start repeating themselves and reusing the same stories. Roomies was new and different for them and it was amazing. The romance was adorable and the conflict was surprising. Calvin is swoon worthy, and everyone else in the book seems to agree. I think the novel was a bit too short. It ended up being very long, but they needed more time to flesh out their characters. And the synopsis isn't really describing what happens because he doesn't disappear and it seems like their marriage is convenient. I also thought there was a lot of build up to an unsatisfactory get together by Holland and Calvin. Their friendship turned love was so cute, and I loved this book.
