Roomies had me smiling from start to finish! Christina Lauren always delivers on the feel-good romance type books. I felt that some parts of Holland & Calvin’s relationship was a bit mushy, too-perfect so you say. But it still flowed very nicely and I always appreciate this duo’s way of story telling. There was also a lot of heart in this book. You can just tell how much Holland & Calvin love each other. Holland meets Calvin at the subway station. She is completely captivated by his music and that starts their whole love story! I have not read a “marriage of convenience” story in a lonnnng time. So this was a nice surprise. Per usual, the Christina Lauren duo delivers again and was the perfect palate cleanser between thrillers for me.
