Flirty, romantic, and spirited!
Romantic, amusing, and honest, RomeAntically Challenged makes all of the classic rom-com stops but with the added layer of family and a unique situation.
When Annie and Emmett first start out, they each have their own issues. With Annie struggling to feel like she fits in and is more than a practice bride and Emmett attempting to recover from his incident in China and understand his daughter, they help each other untangle their issues.
I loved the easygoing nature of Emmett paired with Annie’s sweet no BS attitude. The story flowed easily, although some of the dialogue between Emmett and his daughter seemed a little too stereotypical. The interactions between Annie and Emmett -flirty banter primarily- helped to make the book into such a delight.
