While I am so not a fan of Clark, I absolutely love Annie and all her spitfire. Real life is not always a romantic comedy, sometimes it's messy and tricky, and her current situation reflects just that. I'm also a huge fan of the "there's only one bed" trope and the first few chapters seems to be foreshadowing this.
