The cover for RomeAntically Challenged is cute. It’s very on trend for the romance world covers right now. The first look introduces us to Annie who is new to Rome, and recently single after her fiancé breaks it off, and Emmitt who is back home after he gets in injured working on location as a journalist. The problem is that he’s home early and Annie is renting his cabin. So we get an awkward meet cute, forced proximity, and some enemies to lovers romance happening in the first look. I think if you enjoy any of those tropes you’ll enjoy this read. In just the little I read I was totally invested in Annie and her hopefully moving on from her last ex and getting her eventual HEA.
