The cover alone made me fall in love with this book instantly. After reading and loving Underground Railroad I feel there are so many more stories to be told about this dark part of history. Telling stories from different parts of the world in different times highlights the sad fact that racism has been alive and well for a very long time.Slavery is a horrific part of history that should never be downplayed nor forgotten. Let's make sure of it through literature.
