I normally withhold 5 stars for more literary, deep books but I love the characters in Redemption Point so much, I am making an exception. At its core, this is crime fiction. But Ted and Amanda are such fully developed unique characters that their lives are more intriguing than just the ins and outs of investigating. I also fell in love with Vivian and Pip. There are multiple mysteries to solve in this book. A double murder at a local bar and who really killed Claire. The intensity continuously increased until the final chapters. I definitely had not predicted some of the twists. I felt both happy and sad at the conclusion. I definitely need a third book to calm my mind about the future of Ted and Amanda.
