This review is for Crimson Lake and Redemption Point. And what a great idea for BookishFirst to give the first book in the drawing as well. I read them in order and so glad I did. The main characters are Ted and Amanda who have dark stories of their own individually and together they create an additional story which is very entertaining. They are quite the pair that is for sure. I love the Australian setting which added additional elements to the story. The crimes to solve are interesting, never boring, and I loved her ability to bring humor into the books.
I don't want to give too much of the plot away because that is part of what makes these two books so entertaining to read. If murder mystery is a genre you enjoy then these books will not disappoint. Candice Fox is a great writer !!
