I"m hooked and must read the rest of the book

I did not read the first book, but the author provided the back story, so the reader knows how Ted was falsely accused of a crime and lost his family , job and basically his life. Now he is struggling to survive and find the real criminal. The book is well written, drawing me in to find out if Ted will be vindicated.
