Part 1 of this book was tolerable. It had a decent amount of action to keep me interested, but it all went downhill from there. Instead of action, the main characters Tristan and Isabel do nothing but pine for each other. He talks about how he can't keep his mind off her and seems like he possesses her like an object instead of her being someone he loves. Isabel on the other hand, goes between being mad at him to being horny for him. It's an unhealthy relationship that I don't root her and couldn't wait til I was done reading. I expected an interesting spy/assasin type story not 50 shades of gray spy assasin version, complete with him tying her to a bed briefly. Seriously, he tracks her phone and talks about how much he wants to savage her every chance he gets. She gets over the fact that he kidnapped her pretty quickly as well and also wants to bang him at every opportunity. He never gets his memory back enough for there to be any character growth and when it looks like she might actually become capable of defending herself towards the end, it goes right out the window and she needs to be rescued again. I do not plan on continuing the story when the next parts come out.
