An exciting page-turner!

This is the first book I've read from Meredith Wild and it definitely won't be the last of her books I read after this exciting adventure! It mostly deals with the relationship between the main characters Isabel and her former love, Tristan. Years later, Isabel is still dealing with her loss of Tristain. She's working as a teacher and even sort of seeing a man named Kolt. It throws her off when she unexpectedly sees Trustan one day. She wants to know what happened all those years ago but Tristan doesn't even remember himself. He's lost time out of his memory. He's a killer for hire and the next person on his hit list is Isabel, who he has a last with that he doesn't even remember! He isn't able to through with killing her though when he hears her way his name. He sets out to find the past that's lost to him and it's quite a ride!
