Beautiful and perfectly nerdy

I loved the short bit I read and this information would be so helpful. I personally have often thought about the amount of information and research that would be necessary to write a science fiction novel. I am a high school librarian and this is definitely a book that I would purchase for the librarian. I like how in-depth this book goes. It has a large variety of experts with a wide variety of topics. Even for those who just enjoy reading science fiction, this would still be a fun book. I could see this being used for research for academic papers as well. I will likely be purchasing this book for the library. It will be helpful for those in creative writing. I also like the cover. It is simple and eye catching.
