The moment that I looked at the index for the book and saw a whole section for mental health and that one of the essays was written by a Psychiatric Nurse (hello to my future self). I knew that I needed this book. I do want to be good at writing someday and I think that books like this are nice for future writers. I feel as if a lot of people don't have a proper understanding of what science fiction is and what it really should be, so I really find this book important.
