This was a great preview and introduction. The first few chapters read fairly easy and stayed interesting. I am a big fan of retellings and Princess of Souls looks like it’s going to be one of the good ones. Even though I’m not a fan of snakes, I really liked that twist. Looking forward to reading the book.
