I'm very impressed with the first pages of Pretty Boys: Legendary Icons Who Redefined Beauty (and How to Glow Up, Too). As a recovering anthropology major, I love that the book starts as far back as the Neanderthal and Ancient Egypt, showing that the desire to sparkle has been around for a really long time.
