I really did not like what I read of this book. I guess I should not have had high hopes based on the title. I really dislike the term "glow up", as if people need to change their looks to fit societies norms...someone shouldn't need to feel like they are not meeting expectations if they don't spend hours primping themselves. I didn't like the writing or the premises of this book. I thought I would give it a try but it really is not for me and I don't think it would appeal to other people I am acquainted with either.
