Wow!!!! Such a great read. Never really new practice girl was a thing but after reading this book I know it is. I think this book should be required to read in schools. To let girls know that no matter what gets said about you you are the one that can make the change. This book shows that you are the only one that can change how you are, it doesn’t matter what others think about you, it’s how you feel about yourself that matters. I have not read to many books that really hits the nail on the head when it comes to what girls have to go through in school. I feel like so many girls in high school maybe even in middle school can relate to this book so much, and that is sad. This book is so empowering about what girls and even women have to deal with on a daily basis. I was cheering for Jo throughout this whole book. I can’t wait to let my daughters read this book, they will learn so much about themselves.
