First, I think this is an incredible cover and title. I love the cover artwork for many reasons. One, the colors are stunning. Two, I think they show what the story is about without telling the reader anything about it at all.
Moving on, this is really an important story that many people outside of the Philippines would have no idea about. It brings to light a problem and handles it in a special way. Jay was the perfect narrator for this story.
I don't usually read stories like this, but the plot and writing was interesting and well-done so that I never really lost interest. Although, for that reason, I wouldn't say this is my favorite read of the year. Plus, I don't like to read or watch a lot of arguing and there was plenty in here.
