Jason and Jun are cousins living in separate, almost opposite worlds. Jason will be attending Michigan for college, and Jun was killed. In this novel, Jason must reconnect with his heritage and reconcile the fact that he stopped connecting with his cousin who is now deceased. Just from the first few pages, you can see that this novel is beautifully written, and will weave a tale of feeling torn between two countries.
