I really enjoyed the opening, because it led me to believe that the characters were in some sort of harm. That was a nice twist! Although the name "Cemetery Mansion" seemed a bit too...on point.

The characters were likeable, although the exposition introducing each of the characters could have been more subtle, as it felt like it took a long time. I felt that the dialogue was a bit redundant too.

I thought that the dynamic between Davey and Sarah was a nice one; Davey in particular interested me, with his ability to see his dead father. How interesting! I would definitely read more of this book when it comes out and recommend it to others too.

Overall, the plot seems interesting and the intrigue about the house is enough to keep me reading.
