This opening scene. I thought wow, that is one way to start a book. I felt like this book was going to be gory but I didn't think it would start that soon. And then there very next paragraph I find that they are in a haunted house and I feel like this is really going to set the tone for this book. And now I feel like I need to know what is going to happen past these five pages. This first look left on such a cliffhanger, I feel like something is definitely going to happen in that last haunted house.
