Wow! What a start to a story! Right away, the author's style of writing and descriptions pulled me in. A mysterious ghost story that spans multiple decades and involves numerous deaths and disappearances. There is just enough description of "the mist" to know that it holds secrets to the locals but they aren't ready to divulge exactly what those secrets are. Whatever it is, it's bad and I can't wait to read more!
