Talk about the feels. This book has all the feels and I can tell this story is going to have all feels! Its so refreshing to read about book that deals with kids being kids and finding the wonder in things. Kids aren't like that now with all the electronics. Here, Gene is going out on the roof to try and hear a play by play of the San Francisco Giants on a short wave radio him and his dad built together. Kids don't do that now!
