I have been reading almost exclusively novels about war. I would love to hear a non-fiction account from an Italian writer. It must have been very hard to save children and elderly and deciding whether to leave your lifetime home or wait for a time to see what developed. I would very much like to hear this author’s story. Very interested in this time in our world.
