It took me the first few chapters to get into this book. And even then it was a slow go. To busy and skipping from one thing to another. To much about the detectives personal lives. Had I known this I would not have bought this book. There was to much trying to explain things related or not related to the crime
I didn't quite understand the correlation between the burnt body and a dog killer, besides the one dog killed belonged to the detective tully's girlfriend ex husband. It wasn't an enjoyable or captivating read for me. The ending was ok but I wish the story line would've been a little different. The investigations that led up to the suspects being found didn't make much sense to me and it was to much mumble jumble. All in all it was just ok.
