I am a very plot-driven reader, not caring too much about descriptions and instead preferring action and dialogue. After reading the first look I don't think that i would be the biggest fan of the author's writing style just because the beginning is a lot of description. The synopsis of the book looked a little interesting, but I don't think that it is something that I would purposefully pick out to read, more like something I would read if it was sitting there.
