I do like this genre, but this particular style of book cover and writing are not for me.
The book cover is not poorly done, but seemed to fit more with a Beverly Hill's 90210 or beach vibe than its actual theme/genre.
The style of writing is likewise not bad, but it just seems to gravitate toward the very descriptive style of writing; whereas, my interests prefer the more "to the point" style of writing.
