This was a very magical and interesting story that used folk tales to set the world and tone of the plot. I really enjoyed how it started, the author did an amazing job with it as it was done so well and so pretty. I am so glad that I got the chance to read this one. I did think it was a tad to long and could have been amazing as a bind of smaller folktale retellings. As I love anthologies (yes Jessica I can hear your eyes rolling).

This is a story that is a slow burn as it unfolds its wings and takes you away to an amazing adventrue. I won't be telling you anything else other than you really need to read this one if you love slower stories.
