This has turned out to be one of those books I loved so much, I can’t seem to find the words to express myself. I was sucked in from the very start and was so completely engrossed in the magical fairytale feel of it that I lost track of time every time I sat down with it. I loved everything about it from the storyline, to the characters, to the setting, to the ambiance. Everything.
The story has a beautiful, haunting gothic feel to it that I haven’t found in another book since. And the characters had such incredibly distinct personalities. I can still visualize every one of them despite having finished the book months ago. If you’re even the least bit intrigued by the synopsis, I highly recommend you pick it up.
