While I didn't find the title incredibly memorable, the synopsis immediately drew me in. I think the animal on the cover may consume a little too much of the total cover area, but it definitely makes the book pop. I think people would be drawn in by the book if they knew nothing about it. I feel excited about the mystery and obvious drama that this book contains, and I am very curious as to what genres this book falls under. It seems like a catch-all read, and I think the tagline is interesting but doesn't help distinguish the plot from other mystery books. I especially like that the book is described as a tapestry. I have never seen that before. I have never read or heard of The Thirteenth Tale, so the continual mentioning of it doesn't affect my opinion of the book. Overall, the synopsis of the book isn't enough for me to immediately by this book, especially because it's not my typical genre read. I definitely wish there were more specifics in the synopsis even if that would take away some of the mysterious vibes. From it, I have no idea what age group the book is targeted at or whose Point of view the story is from.
