This book is very straight to the point, in the second paragraph she’s already addressing her boss with the worlds cum, which is repeated twice in the same sentence. i found that this book does that a lot, with one of the lines being “That I can see most of his beautiful back and backside.” when it could have been “i could see his beautiful backside” it continuously felt like the author was trying to hit a word count on an essay. i would say, if you want smut without any of the sexual tension or buildup (which i personally feel makes the spicy parts much hotter) this is a good book for you. additionally, we’re not really introduced properly to the characters, except for how attractive they are with an exception of finding out the boss wife died which is why she sees him having sex in his office multiple times a week. and again, even when talking about his wife’s death they still managed to slip in a description of his looks. i’m not fond of how the smut was written either. the words were being used over and again in the same paragraph. i believe this book has some potential, but it is in desperate need of build up- and a thesaurus.
