Now That I've Found You was an enjoyable read that explores the downsides and toxicity of fame through the eyes of a young star named Evie. The plot of this novel was entertaining and contrary to the common storyline of fame found in many books. Instead of being an up and coming star that is building her career to stardom, Now That I've Found You opens with Evie's success, then journeys into her downfall from fame after someone close to her betrayed her.

Evie's story, one that was very uncommon in stories about the path to success, was one that many can likely relate to in some aspect. Over the course of the book, Evie goes through immense character development, learning not only who to truly value in her life, but also the true meaning of success. This lesson is crucial to her development, and can most definitely be applied to the life of any reader. In today's society, it is extremely easy to get caught up in mainstream success, such as fame and fortune, but this book clearly illustrates how that form of success isn't necessary, and can even be harmful. At it's core, this book shares the idea that success is not how much money you have or how many people you know, but instead is how strong your relationships with others are and how happy you feel.

All in all, I felt that Now That I've Found You was a satisfying read that presents a very important message to its readers. Therefore, I gave this book 4/5 stars.
