I feel that there could've been more to Evie's character and development. In the beginning you see who she is and how her relationship is like between her family and friends. I wished there was more about her life before her scandal, that way when her best friend betrays her us, the readers would feel some sort of emotion. That way there would've been more development. In the beginning I felt that she was a super snotty girl and her character development was just anti-climatic. However, I felt that the mystery behind Evie's grandmother and and her ex was really interesting. That was arc was really engaging because of the mystery behind it. I wished that there was more of a emotional romance between the male lead and the female lead and not just "oh's hot I like him".
