Compelling start to a movie industry story

I was immediately drawn into this world as soon as I started reading the first excerpt, I love stories about the film industry and actors and this one seems like a fun one. I especially loved learning a bit about the life of Evie's grandmother Evelyn. I enjoyed the author's writing style and she seemed to write well from a young female perspective. I cannot wait to read more of this book!
