To be quite honest, I started reading this book and couldn’t get past the first few chapters. I’m putting it aside for now and I’m going to give it another try in the future. Sometimes you have to keep reading until it finally clicks. If something doesn’t resonate with me right away, my mind tends to wander while I’m reading. I’m having a hard time keeping characters straight and therefore I really cannot keep the plot straight either. The use of the medieval dialogue is fitting to the setting but it is another reason why I am having a hard time getting into it. The premise of the book seems interesting so that is why I am giving it two stars. I’ve also seen other five star reviews of this book, therefore I will give it another chance!
