Nottingham starts off well. I'm normally not a fan of prologues, but even the prologue of this book had me interested. The king is away in the Holy Land during the time of the Crusades, and back at home, the people are being overly taxed. This is a Robin Hood retelling, and I want to read more. I love the setting, and the characters so far seem interesting as well. I also like the writing.
