I enjoy regency romance especially one from a week known author as Minerva Spencer. Spencer in this latest book, brings the Regency to life in this new young adult series with amazing and strong characters I really enjoy reading about. There is. I thing more than seeing highlighted stories of strength and resilience of our modern youth seen in different eras where you most likely not expect it.
Spencer does this brilliantly in this story with a most brilliant heroine who is not only a character that would relate to our modern times and readers. Besides the story line, the characterization is delivered with great connection to the readers, amazing dialogue and a well written story line that immerses next into that time period while also keeping the issues light, modern, interesting with a splash of humor which makes this book a real delight to read.
