The cover looks a bit like a Disney film to me, I am not sure that I would normally picked this book up based on the cover alone. I must admit that normally I am not into romances from this era but after reading this excerpt I am very interested to see what happens. It sounds like there is a bit of intrigue and mystery to be expected in the lives of the main characters. I love that there is a strong female protagonist but also that she is a bit conflicted with how she feels about the expectations of a young woman. Looking forward to reading more of this story!
