The cover of this novel is just gorgeous and I was hoping that the story would match. I liked the prologue, and that's what got me hooked until I started reading the following chapters. Seems as though the chapters didn't quite flow as well as the prologue, though. But perhaps there will be a convergence point towards the end.
I liked the magical aspect of the characters, but I just got tangled with the many characters, fantasy terms, and some of the names.
