Going into this book I wasn’t sure if I would understand some aspects being a civilian point of view. I knew I wanted to learn more about Navy Seal experiences and what lessons they learned as my step dad use to be one. The author wrote in a way that was understanding for someone in the service and someone who hasn’t been. His words had clarity and were still complex in an understanding way. I want to thank and appreciate that Hayes shared his experiences with his readers and for his service. The lessons he shared about leadership is a perfect lesson for anyones life. They are tips and motivation that helped better his life and could possibly help better the readers life. I found myself very indulged into his writing and enjoyed this book very much. Hayes inputs how decisions have such an impact and why and how people make decisions. Adding personal stories and lessons really helped this book thrive !
