I absolutely loved this book excerpt. While I’m not a Navy SEAL or even in the military, I believe that I’ll be able to take Hayes’ ideas and create new empowering beliefs for my own life and my own circumstances. The first chapters were about pushing through the hard things, and this was exactly what I needed to read today!
