This was such a fun read even though it may have been a little young for me. There was great world-building and the characters were fun to read about. Filomena was a strong and independent protagonist that worked together with a great cast of other characters. The characters are always a big part of the story for me so it was great that this book included a lot of great characters. The plot itself was unique with Filomena being a reader herself anticipating the last book in her favorite series only to sucked into this world she has to save. If you are a fan of fairy tales this is the book for you! So many references to different fairy tales and this book was also funny! This something I would recommend to my younger siblings but even as a fun read for those who are older. Overall, this was fun, fast-paced read that really sucks you into both the plot and the characters.
