For starters, I just want to say how much I loooove Melissa De La Cruz’s writing. I loved The Queen’s Assassin so much!
I also love a good fairytale retelling. I love anything magical, mystical, and fantasy. Fairies, and princes, and magic, oh my!
This book sounds amazing! The first few sentences had me hooked, the first few pages and I wanted more, the first few chapters and I’m in tears there isn’t more yet!
Her writing style is so beautiful. It’s so descriptive and immersive and you feel sucked into the story. It has such a natural flow to it that you fly through the pages before you even realize how much you’ve read (or for how long!).
