TW: Far too much HP/JKR mentions, what the actual?! That was annoying and upsetting for a book that has been published during this whole transphobia BS of JKR's. Also, body shaming and bullying.

Aside from the above, I really enjoyed this book and am kicking myself for taking so long to read it. I couldn't relate to my dear Greer's struggles but every teenage girl struggles with body issues, no matter what the "issue" is so I could relate to some of her feelings. It's a great book because no one talks about teenage girls who develop earlier than the other girls and how harmful that can be because teenage boys have no idea how to react to large breasts except to bully and tease and be awkward because they ARE teenage boys. All bodies and body shapes are normal and need to be more normalized in middle school and high school. This book is a great place to start. Greer learned how to accept her body and in fact be proud of it and that she could show it off and also stick up for herself. I laughed, I cried, I got angry, I went through the gamut of emotions. Very well written book for teens.
