After reading the sample of this book, I am having mixed emotions. The story seems cute and has the chance to share a powerful message. I also really like the main character, Greer. However, the book just seemed really slow and boring. It still has a chance to be great though. I would like to see how Greer's relationship with her crush goes. I would also like to know more about side character's such as Greer's mom and her friend Maggie. I do really like the cover of the book as well. I feel that it really captures the book's "vibe" and Greer's as well. Even though the book was boring, I might still want to finish it because of how much I like Greer. I really want to cheer her on and reach though the pages to give her a hug!
