First of all let me say that the awkward humor of this book is adorable! My Eyes are Up Here also gives me some pretty nice Eleanor & Park vibes which means I found myself nostalgic and really happy to keep reading! As someone who struggles with the ongoing torture of a big chest and awkward fitting bras I greatly related to Greer and her constant issues with her body. Not to mention Jackson seems like such a goofy and loveable character and their interactions are too cute! I really felt like I was back in my freshman year, reading a contemporary that made me all giggly and happy. It was amazing! Not to mention the writing style matched well with the character's ages without seeming juvenile or too simple. I think the author captured teenagers fairly well!
